By accessing or using CLIPJET (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

CLIPJET provides AI-powered video clip extraction and editing services. We use artificial intelligence to analyze your video content, identify viral-worthy moments, and generate short-form clips suitable for social media platforms.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You may not share your account with others

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

4.1 Your Content

  • You retain all rights to videos you upload
  • You grant us a license to process, store, and analyze your content to provide the Service
  • You confirm you have rights to all content you upload
  • You're responsible for ensuring your content doesn't violate third-party rights

4.2 Generated Clips

  • You own all clips generated from your videos
  • We do not claim ownership of your content or generated clips
  • You may use clips for any legal purpose

4.3 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Violates laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains hate speech, violence, or illegal activities
  • Violates privacy rights of others
  • Contains malware or malicious code

5. Subscription and Billing

5.1 Plans

  • Free: Free credits monthly, unlimited manual clipping, free storage
  • Creator: $29/month - More credits, unlimited manual clipping, no watermark
  • Pro: $79/month - Additional credits, priority queue, team features
  • Agency: $199/month - Maximum credits, API access, white-label

5.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions billed monthly in advance
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled
  • Prorated credits for upgrades
  • No refunds for partial months

5.3 Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from account settings
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Unused minutes don't roll over

6. Fair Use Policy

6.1 Processing Limits

  • Minutes based on input video length, not generated clips
  • Re-running detection on same video doesn't count toward quota
  • Excessive re-processing may be flagged

6.2 Storage

  • Videos and clips stored indefinitely on paid plans
  • Free tier: 30-day retention
  • Deleted content removed within 30 days

7. Service Availability

7.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7.2 Processing Times

  • Standard queue: 10-30 minutes per hour of video
  • Priority queue (Pro+): 5-15 minutes per hour of video
  • Times may vary based on server load

8. Intellectual Property

  • ClipFarm name, logo, and branding are our property
  • Our AI models and algorithms are proprietary
  • You may not reverse engineer or copy our technology

9. API Usage (Agency Plan)

  • API keys are confidential - don't share them
  • Rate limits apply (detailed in API documentation)
  • Abuse of API access may result in suspension

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Service “As Is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We don't guarantee that:

  • The Service will meet your specific needs
  • AI-detected clips will be viral or successful
  • Processing will be error-free
  • All features will work on all platforms

10.2 AI Accuracy

Our AI makes suggestions but cannot guarantee viral success. Clip performance depends on many factors including platform algorithms, audience, timing, and content quality.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPJET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Third-party actions or content

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify CLIPJET against claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content or generated clips
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of third-party rights

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue features
  • Change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Update these Terms (we'll notify you)

14. Governing Law
